Banana Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 banana
250ml milk
3 ice cubes
Method:
1. Peel the banana and add to a blender
2. Add the milk and ice cubes to the blender
3. Turn on the blender for 30 seconds
4. Drink
Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1lb of mince
2 tins of tomatoes
Black pepper and salt
herbs
A splash of red wine
Tomato puree
Method:
1. Brown the mince in a large pan
2. Fry the chopped onions
3. Add the tinned tomatoes then add the tomato puree
4. Season to taste
5. Add a glug of red wine and herbs
6. In a separate pan cook the spaghetti for 10 mins in boiling water
7. Serve, eat and enjoy with grated cheeese
Tomato and Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
400g of lentils
1 tin of tomatoes
1 onion and a clove of garlic
1 carrot
1 L veg stock
1 tsp of cumin
Method:
1. Fry the onion and garlic
2. Add all the other ingredients
3. Simmer for 15-20 mins
4. Season to taste and whizz till smooth
5. Eat and enjoy
Ingredients:
3 pudding spoons of Golden Syrup
2 1/2 soup spoons of chocolate powder
9 tea spoons of low fat greek style natural yogurt
1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
Method:
1. get a bowl out
2. make sure the bowl is quite big since it needs to fit 4 servings
3. put the powder in the bowl
4. Then the golden syrup
5. Thendo the yogurt
6. make sure it looks nice
7. eat and enjoy

Chocolate milkshake
This scrummy high-cal milk shake can start your day with a SMACK
Ingredients and needed resources:
A glass(a big one is better)
Semi-skimmed milk
UHT whipped cream to taste
3 Heaped Teaspoons of drinking chocolate
Method:
1. Fill your glass 2/3 full with cold milk
2. Put the teaspoons of chocolate powder on top
3. Then put the UHT cream(scream as you do it) and fill the glass to the top
4. stir for 30 seconds
5. leave to stand for 2 mins
6. stir again (THE MORE YOU STIR THE MORE FROTHY IT GETS!)

AjΓ (A tomato salsa with chilli)
Ingredients:
1 small shallot diced
Some juice from one lime
2 or 3 finely chopped tomatoes (fresh not tinned)
3 slices of chilli (whatever chilli you like and how ever small you like them)
A handful of chopped coriander
Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Add the shallot, lime juice,tomatoes, chilli and coriander
2. stir
3. season with salt and pepper to taste
4. ENJOY
